At the office we work in small teams, which is very nice. You quickly gain a lot of independence. There is a pleasant working atmosphere, with a real 'team feeling', where everyone wants to help each other. There is always time for a chat.

There are many opportunities to develop within the bank, both by fulfilling various functions and by following training courses and courses. We always think along with you about your next career step within the bank. I find that very valuable.
