Step 1: Activate Individual Mobile Banking
Log in to Particulier Internet Bankieren Opens in a new window (Dutch) and go to 'Activate'. Choose your Personal ID (Gebruikersnaam) and Passcode (Toegangscode).
Step 2: Download the app
Download the Handelsbanken app 'Handelsbanken NL - Particulier' via App Store Opens in a new window or Google Play Opens in a new window
Step 3: Register your device
Open the app and register your device with your log-on card and card reader. Now you are ready to start with Individual Mobile Banking.
